999taya Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 999taya website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services accessible at 999taya.org.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, event, or outcome available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 999taya that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 999taya before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by applicable law.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or in which 999taya is not licensed to operate.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 999taya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling;
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or when placing any Wager;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 999taya, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 999taya or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

999taya reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

999taya reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure without refund of any deposits.

Account registration is free of charge. 999taya does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining an Account.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another Player's Account.

You agree to notify 999taya immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 999taya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

999taya reserves the right to suspend any Account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation. During any such suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted to protect the Account holder.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. 999taya accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the Finance / Wallet page and may be updated from time to time. 999taya does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. 999taya will endeavor to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Finance / Wallet page. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 999taya reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 999taya is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 999taya reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Account balances in accordance with the schedule published on the Platform, subject to applicable law.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 999taya are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device.
• 999taya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

8. Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on the 999taya Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. 999taya does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed Wager except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, 999taya reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to Players' Wallets.
• Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• 999taya reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single Wager or combination of Wagers at its sole discretion.
• For live sports betting, Wagers accepted after the official start of an event may be voided if the Platform's data feed confirms the Wager was placed after the relevant outcome was determined.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999taya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other Players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software or content.

10. Responsible Gaming

999taya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players through the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Wallet.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new Accounts. Any Account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance returned to the Player after deducting winnings.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 999taya Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of 999taya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 999taya.

Any unauthorized use of 999taya's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999taya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

999taya's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999taya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999taya makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 999taya's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13. Privacy

999taya collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

999taya will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform's services.

14. Amendments to These Terms

999taya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 999taya will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 999taya, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
